The WORST property management company we've ever dealt with and tracy was a rude horrible person Everytime we dealt with her. The First major problem we had onwas when they were located at another building were they had their rent drop box outside the building. We turned in our rent and their rent box was robbed that night and all of our money orders were washed. We have the receipts and police records from the incident. Dove then claimed we still owed them the rent even though by law once it's turned in on THEIR property it's legally their responsibility. This became a huge problem especially when they forged their books a year later by moving the "debt" up to current date even though they had continued taking our rent payments FOR A YEAR! It almost caused us to be homeless because they would not release any records to the new place we applied for until we gave our notice to dove. Next issue was about a water leak in the wall causing damage to our apartment and the neighbors below. They shut off the water in our guest bathroom which had the bathtub our toddler uses. They prolonged fixing it for about 7-8 months which they never actually came in and fixed it. They just turned the water back on, after 7-8 months and after putting a hole in our wall and then claimed we were the ones who put it there and said we had to fix it. Why would we put a hole in our wall? Next issue was the refrigerator broke and they didn't get it fixed for 3 weeks! Washington law is they have 3 days to fix a refrigerator. There's more smaller issues but those were the big incidents we had with them and they should be put out of business. The property HOA where we were living at even told us they were going to ban the owner of the unit from using Dove because of the problems they were causing. Seriously the worst degenerates I've ever dealt with and they should be put out of business. I wish I could afford an attorney because I would get them shut down indefinitely. How can someone even be allowed to run a business this way? Karma makes her rounds though. Oh and we also fixed the place back up beautifully to the original condition. Probably the best I've ever fixed up any place I lived in because I knew they were gunna try and screw us over. Sure enough, the deposit they gave us back was 40 bucks.. So yeah if you wanna get screwed and have a bunch of problems and stress call these guys up.

Horrible customer service. Moved out the first month they took over. Do not recommend.
